4 How much customs tax

customs tax depend on every country systerm and order amount , different country different tax, for example:Europe district much part don't need customs tax, Asian district only charge less  customs tax, but don't worry about it, bacause we will declare a very low customs tax for every customer.


5 Do you offer a guarantee or warranty?

Yes - BusyOnTheWay.com chooses products based on their excellent designs and proven reliability. You can rest assured that our products are of the highest quality.

We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country.

We have a quality assurance team that tests to make sure all products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you.

This is in addition to the normal QA checks that all our goods go through in the factory.

Our factory has authentic CE and FCC certifications, it confirm you can get the best quality item, as well, they are all sterile, safe, without any healthy risk.


6 How can I return a faulty item?

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. We try to satisfy our customers and often are able to sort out problems through technical support without you having to send anything back.

However, if you are still unsatisfied with the item, you can request a return, repair or replacement under our Return Policy.

Please login to My Orders and click on the order number of the item you need help with to apply for your return.

Generally we advise returning your package through ordinary postal services in order to get a Customs Form for international packages. If you use a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, we cannot cover the shipping fees or any Customs fees that might apply.

If you did not buy your product directly from BusyOnTheWay.com, you will need to contact the vendor who sold it to you.

NOTE: You must contact us before you send anything back, we will send you a Return Form that must be included when you send the product to us.


7 What if I can't log into my account?

Please follow the following instructions:

If you can't remember your password, click on "Forgot your password?" and we'll send your password to your email account.

Check your login details. Your login username is the email address you used for registration.

It might be due to BusyOnTheWay.com system maintenance - please wait 30 minutes and try again.

Ensure that cookies from BusyOnTheWay.com are accepted by your browser.

If the above methods still do not work, please contact Customer Service and a representative will help to resolve your issues.


8 Why was my order cancelled and payment refunded?

If we returned your money to you and cancelled your order, it is most likely because we were unable to verify your payment or because the products you ordered are out of stock. In most cases, our Customer Service staff will contact you to discuss the matter, but if we can not get in touch with you within 5 days time after we receive your payment, we will automatically return the funds to you. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of your money and your order.

The most common reasons why we refund your money are:

- PayPal account name and address does not match your order's shipping address, and there was no response when we tried to contact you.

- The product you ordered is out of stock (we usually keep our inventory stocked and updated), and there was no response when we tried to contact you.


9 How do I cancel an order placed wrongly?

Cancellation Before Payment


If you have not paid for your order yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel it.

We don't begin processing any order until a payment is received, so if you haven't paid, don't worry.

If your order is more than a week old please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending a payment, because prices of items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and currency conversions. You may need to repeat the order.


Cancelling an Order After Payment

If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.  In many cases, an order can be cancelled up until it has been shipped (for more information, view our Return Policy).

If you are uncertain about something in your order and you wish to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packaging process so may still have time to make changes.

If the package has already been delivered, we cannot cancel the order.

If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not cancelling the previous items, simply contact us and we will process it, usually for no extra fees.
